小黄书 Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics brings together the ethical principles we use in our interactions with various stakeholders: suppliers, customers, competitors, shareholders, government officials, communities and the environment. It is organized according to the best practices of ethics and compliance, and establishes necessary conduct for the company.
小黄书 has a Code of Ethics for Third Parties that gathers the main guidelines for our partners to conduct their business with 小黄书. We hope that all of our third parties act in compliance with the text of this Code and 小黄书 values.
The Compliance Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy are part of the Integrity Program and cover 小黄书's actions to disseminate an ethical culture, combat corruption, guarantee anti-bribery practices and comply with applicable laws. It involves actions aimed at generating value and comfort for all stakeholders, especially its employees, suppliers, service providers, customers, shareholders, government, community, regulatory and inspection agencies.
